In 2021, he graduated from the University of Leeds with a degree in Business Economics, which provided him with a strong foundation in understanding complex economic systems and the ability to analyse data and make informed decisions - essential skills in the fast-paced world of blockchain and crypto recruitment.

Having worked as a Sales Advisor alongside his studies, Max joined Priority Recruitment in September 2021 and was instrumental in building up our new Crypto & Blockchain division. His 4 years of sales experience provided him with excellent communication skills and a talent for building relationships, which comes in handy in his role as a recruitment consultant.
